RETURN POLICY

The customer can ask for an exchange with another size/other item or a refund.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without justification, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased online; the Customer must exercise this right by sending an email to the address of Agorà (gallianna@hotmail.com), using the withdrawal model provided for in Annex 1, part A, of the Consumer Code.

To speed up the response, we recommend indicating in the subject of the email the wording: Return request and the order number.

When exercising the withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to Agorà di Anna Galli the desire to withdraw from the contract; the goods (supposedly intact and in the original packaging with any accessory equipment) must be returned to Agorà di Anna Galli, viale Lombardia 40, 21053 Castellanza (Va), which, having verified the integrity of the returned good, will refund the purchase amount of the good, with the same payment methods, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer who makes the return.

These conditions of sale are subject to Italian Law; the competent Court is that of the Agorà headquarters.
