Bag handmade in Ghana.
The straw base is woven from elephant grass and takes two to three days to create. Elephant grass provides a thin, strong straw; it is harvested, dried and woven according to ancient techniques by the women of the Nyariga Craft Society in Bolgatanga, Ghana.
The bag is finished and assembled in France. The inner clutch bag is sewn by people with disabilities.
